Melanie Sellers

Melanie has been active in residential real estate since 1984. She has worked as a Certified Residential Appraiser and is currently a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent.  She speaks Spanish as a secondary language, having lived in Spain and worked in Mexico.  Because Melanie loves the Emerald Coast and the water, she stays fit as a Master Swimmer and is locally involved as a Walton County Volunteer Beach Ambassador.  She and her black Labrador Retriever, Lucy, enjoy serving the community as a Therapy Dog Team in the Bay Area.  Melanie strives to provide high standards through dedication to her clients, continuing education, and utilizing new real estate technology.
