We know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. We will point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
Potential buyers want to see a home that seems comfortable. Personal items that could be unsightly should go into storage in order for your house to have likability at the open house.
Welcome Home Checklist >
Setting the Stage
We will tell you when you're ready to host an Open House, because all of the changes come together to set the stage for what buyers can expect when they consider buying your house. Lighting is important and we'll open the curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and assure a pleasing scent circulates from every room. We'll add cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your chairs and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current home has the potential to be their next home.
