We were so fortunate to have June Smith when we move to Tallahassee. June was very professional throughout the process – always available when we needed her and was very knowledgeable and honest along the way. After our first round of house hunting came up empty and we had to move due to my job, June found a short term rental house in the neighborhood we want to move in so our kids don’t have to transfer schools later. She contacted few landlords and able to find one that willing to rent a house to a family with a big dog. A couple of month later, June found us a short sale house in great location. It was below the market price but needed some repair. She lined up companies to get estimates to make sure the price was right with all repairs. June also blocked an attempt by seller’s bank to get few thousand dollars from us just two days before the closing. She quickly initiated communication with the bank and other parties and resolved the issue in 3 hours. June worked with us through the whole 8 months of relocation process. It was long process as we had somewhat long list of what we wanted. All houses June showed us were in our budget and had all of our must haves. In addition, every time she showed us a house, she always evaluate resale value of the house and gave us her opinion as an investor. Those are valuable information you can’t have it from any other place. We will be glad, at any time, to refer June Smith to anyone who is seeking a home in the area.
